Parish life
At St Patrick's we aim to be a welcoming community which fosters friendship within our ministries and beyond our liturgies. There are lots of opportunities to get to know your fellow parishioners  - whether you prefer attending one-off events, or joining a group which meets regularly - there's something for you.  By following the links below you'll find information on our ministries, social & prayer groups & regular events. Please feel free to contact the parish office for further information on getting involved. Meanwhile, if you're new in the Parish & would welcome a call from one of our Pastoral Council members just let me know.... I'd like to welcome you personally.

 30 Seconds of Fame!
Here’s your opportunity to speak about what your group does &/or maybe encourage others to be involved! Following Easter, there will be  a book at the back of the Church on one of the tables for parish groups to sign up for the chance of speaking for 30 seconds about your group, or something connected with your  group at Mass!  This is a way of letting other parishioners hear about what’s happening around the parish. This ‘30 seconds of fame’ will be held on the first weekend of each month. Pastoral CouncilAndrew Pankhurst

How
do I become Catholic?

When at a particular time a person feels the need to search for God in their life more deeply, this is God’s action, His gift to that individual

Have you ever wanted to know more about the Catholic faith, considered becoming Catholic - but not known where to go...who to ask? Each year our parish offers an INQUIRERS COURSE follow the link for full details

Please remember in your prayers...
Watch O Lord, with those who wake, or watch, or weep tonight, and give your angels charge over those who sleep. Tend your sick ones, O Lord Christ. Rest your weary ones. Bless your dying ones. Soothe your sufferingo nes. Pity your afflicted ones. Embrance your lonely ones. Shield your joyous ones. And for all your love's sake. Amen.
